I think what’s key in meditation is to realize that you can meditate/grow/strengthen* any thought or feeling by consistently relighting it and not letting it change paths to something else. The more you do it the stronger and more all encompassing it becomes. As well as being easier to focus on.
One should be “meditating” no matter what we do.
Attention is the process by which our brain allocates our resources. What you pay attention to out of infinite attentions/thoughts is everything.
