I think maybe c.c would be a bit more succesful if we had more boards, anyone have any ideas on possible boards and/or what to do about this?

I made a post in /b/ trying to find a missed connection with someone I knew who used this site and it got deleted in 10 mins (somehow). What gives?

I'd like to make it known that I would volunteer myself as a janitor. I would do it for free. Thus the jannies have no excuse when they say "wah wah we can't delete this CP because there aren't enough jannies!" or whatever.

They are bottom of the barrel disgusting people. Sorry this is so strongly worded! but this is pretty much all you're left to assume. There is no excuse for the amount of horror and CHILD PORN left up FOR HOURS daily. There is no excuse because people apply to be moderators all the time. People try and they get no response (even I did ages ago, it was completely futile)

There is no excuse because I know it's possible for an IB to exist without horrific mountains of fresh new CHILD PORN left up for more than even 30 seconds. As much as miners rant about LC, you've gotta admit at least the site isn't plastered with unspeakable illegal and disgusting content daily.

There are legit regulars here willing to help moderate this site and instead nobody responds. The cretins responsible need to own up to their bullshit. Slither out of your pathetic hide holes and explain to the women and (most likely minors!) here why you incessantly let it happen. Leave it up for hours, allow everyone who visits this hellhole to be exposed to moid filth. There is no fucking excuse. Come out and explain your crimes and why you're so useless at improving moderation when so many people attempt to reach out to apply and it goes absolutely no where.

I wanted to post in the YouTube Hate Thread on /media/ and it got deleted. Mods keep deleting the threads I like they're so fucking annoying this is part of the reason why this site is dead, threads keep getting removed for no reason

A thread dedicated to bumping the CP off the front page.

I've seen some users comment on how long our threads stay up and how it might be detrimental. Our board is slow and seldom-used threads quickly drop off the first pages, which then makes it harder to find them again, which leads to more duplicate threads. I'm considering adjusting the comment limit to something more reflective of our activity and archiving old threads after a while.

However, this would mean making new threads all the time even though the old ones weren't even close to full, and starting over with the same conversation.

Do you like the current limit or are you in favor of shorter threads?
