I can understand it. AGPs think they can get their foot in the door if you admit that a fictional anime boy with long hair is cute. Then they can wheedle you down to playing along with their trap fantasies. It's not going to work but they're going to shit up the board trying it.

Consider making a /media/ thread about a SPECIFIC femboy character? Or find an existing thread for photos of IRL men if you want to talk about specific twitter traps.

Literally answered your own question, juste call them femenine dudes. Adding "boy" to it makes it sound infantilizing too.
