Is my Pokemon Pearl Version authentic? Anonymous 38101

I have this pearl game that operates literally perfectly except when backing up save data with TWLSaveManager. It can communicate with My Pokemon Ranch and Battle Revolution. It can migrate from Generation III no problem. But it crashes TWLSaveTool and other save managers when loaded in them. I looked at online sources and couldn't find proof confirming it is fake.
