Admins, can you please do whatever Erischan, Plus4chan, and Leftychan do to prevent CP spam?

They get zero CP spam. We still get tons.

Sounds like a good idea.
I wouldn't mind discussing art and other hobbies although I wouldn't really post my own art. It'd be a slow board like every other and my art would stay up forever for everyone to see and I'd get shy about it and have no way of deleting it, I don't know if I could do it.
But others surely can, I support it.

There could be a /diy/ board for hobbies that aren't media. Tech discussion can occur there too but it might hopefully discourage the moid slop that /g/ typically is. Of course if there was ever something like a music production thread, it would be torn between /media/ and /diy/.
