What are you trying to achieve?
Try breaking into your own car. I've done it 3 times with other peoples cars when they locked their keys inside. I prybar the top of the door to make a gap then use a stick to poke the unlock button through the gap I made.
If the alarm goes off, don't panic. Just get the key, then turn it in the lock to unlock the door and the alarm should go off.
For masterlocks or whatever they are so pathetic I don't think they are even worth picking. You can just smash those apart with a hammer in one hit. There are youtube videos demonstrating this.
