Anarcho-Syndicalism. No state violence or repression against its own people, labour is proportionally rewarding to the work of all its participants and trade is based on the actual utility of the valuables being traded. Your social contract is based on participation to allow for a wide variety of ideologies and belief systems. You can still have capitalism and private property, but to keep those things you have to be prepared to make it all on your own. There's nuance in the degree to which you reject the anarcho-syndicalist premise, so you can have a large plot of land and on that basis will be excluded by some, but not all people from mutual aid and transaction. If you want to keep your family ranch that makes up 1/3 of the state, no syndicate is going to agree to trade, so you better get really good at handcrafts for everything. As our technological ability to decentralise and democratise infrastructure expands, this model becomes increasingly valid.

Capitalism is built on the exploitation of the many by the few and a world where the means of production belong to everyone would bring fairness and solidarity without the need to reduce productivity. Also, by discarding the idea of individual profit Marxism is the best system to fight other forms of oppression (racism, imperialism, patriarchy, climate change and so on).

I don't know how any of them find time to work out or go to the gym after a long day of work

As a neet I have more time to work out and take care of myself, cook good food and just enjoy my time

There is no "most moral" ideology.
A dictatorship could hypothetically be the "most moral" if the dictator and their regime ruled with a serious moral consideration.
