>>306750It’s not so bad, now. My weight fluctuates alot, but my time spent too heavy has really taken it’s toll on my knees and feet in the form of nerve damage/RLS. Even sitting became painful because of the pressures on my ass.
This damage accumulated slowly over time, and I was maybe only 180-220lbs, so I wasn’t comically large. I can’t imagine what bigger women go through.
Even though I’m a fairly good weight now, those issues caused seemingly permanent damage that cause discomfort.
Its just something I think most people dont even consider when deciding to lose or not lose weight. It was something I certainly never considered as a downside until it was too late.
