I used to work in a food truck and at big events we would trade shaved ice for mexican food and it was amazing. We had an employee who was Mexican and would help get us food, and the other trucks started to know us. Their trucks get so hot inside they were always grateful for something sweet and cold at the end of a shift. Sweetest and most hardworking people I’ve ever met.
