MRAs that call themselves MRAs usually don't actually care about men. If they did, they'd make homophobia a much bigger topic because most perpetrators are men so it's common for male victims to be worried about being seen as gay when they try to come forward. But no, a lot of MRAs just care about "false accusations" even though men are much more likely to fall victim to rape rather than to be falsely accused. They don't think about male victims unless they're a convenient tool to attack women with. Genuine MRAs are feminist because they actually know what that word means.
I know 2 men who have been raped and like 4 women who've been raped. Every single one has gotten shit for it. As if the initial scarring experience wasn't enough, they were further victimised by the way society judges them. Not a single rapist I know has ever faced legal consequences.
Society and law really ought to improve regarding these matters.

If men genuinely only wanted sex, they would all get on grindr and easily hook up with each other. But no, they want sex with someone they're attracted to in a way they enjoy, like everyone else obviously.
Anyone can be raped because everyone can be vulnerable. Anyone can be a victim.
Rapists need to be held accountable for their crimes and survivors need to be supported instead of blamed and ridiculed.
