South Korea, mainly because the beauty standard/ expectations are so high there, and not just for the women. it was actually surprising seeing in SK media; men being bullied for their looks and praised by other men if they're handsome. obviously media isnt truth, especially in regards to k drama romances vs the reality of the rampant misogyny in SK, but the country is the plastic surgery center of the world and you have to put your headshot on job applications.
I'd also say men from more nordic/Scandinavian countries, but mainly because of their average male height being tall and most of the male population being fit/active from what I've heard. not really sure if I'd say they all have good face cards though.
