What is nona cooking/eating tonight? Today I'll be simmering chicken bits in a pan and I'll cut some veggies for a salad to go with it.
Thinking about making alfredo pasta sometime too.

I had noodles with fish broth.

Mmmm alfredo. Oh nona I wish we could share a meal, I'd buy some champagne.
Today Im chowing down on Lunchables and whoopie pies. Its a "cheat day" for me, though not much of a cheat day as I need to have a day to eat high calorie food to maintain a healthy calorie deficit otherwise I end up losing a lot of weight fast then going days overeating on sugar/carbs from weeks of undereating. I can only manage to eat up to 1250 calories daily while having a physically active lifestyle.

love baking stuff lately, especially cut potatoes, onions, carrots.
also discovered that cinnamon and clove actually create a cola-like smell, I want to create some homemade cola now tbh.

Made a very hearty beef stew and some tres leches cake for the week.
I'm trying to eat less sweets outside since I can control the amount of sugar that's in the dessert and am able to substitute ingredients for healthier options.

just ate some fried toast with fried egg on it (frying included me generously adding butter) it's so good

>>311470It is great, punch a hole in the bread with the rim of a wine glass first and you turn it into eggs in the basket

>>311469I haven't had stew in so long. That sounds fantastic!

>>311489At least it's still summer where you're at…. I'm over here with post nasal drip from the sudden 60 degree weather. That's why I'm having chicken soup!
