What's with all the larping """"schizo""""-posters? Anonymous 314051

okay, i'm sure some of you are real but i wouldn't bet on it all being. attention whoring? creative writing practice? this is an anonymous website, so it's okay, you can admit it on this thread and we'll never know it's you. why the fuck do you do it?

Anonymous 314052

you think they're larping because you view their actions from your own perspective only where you can't see why someone would genuinely post the way they do.
the truth is
1) if a person keeps doing something there's a degree of egosyntonicity. pretending to be someone you're not long term is pretty hard.
a normie will just make up a story on Reddit for attention and writing practice.
so even if someone is trying to get attention this way this is already indicative of being an actual schizo
2) schizos tend to have nothing to do. no friends, no job, just a lot of mental anguish they need to get out. and they do it via constant posting, which makes it seem like there's more of them

name an example?

AYRT: assorted around /x/ and /b/. Again, I'm sure some of them are real. But unless you think every single ridiculous schizopost comes from a genuine place of psychosis, there are some who write in the understanding that they don't believe what they're posting. These people irritate me.

Me neither but it's persistent "schizo" posting in unrelated topics

self-diagnosis based on memes, the same mental disorder trannies have
the trend started on livejournal, migrated to tumblr where it blew up and now it's just everywhere because the current generation is so online
15 years ago the big fashion diagnoses were depression, anxiety and panic disorders, because it was the time of sad boy in flannel shirt music and that was the cool vibe, and millennials were convinced that to be a good person and worthy of love and sympathy you either had to have had something truly dreadful happen to you or have some kind of serious problem with a serious name
now it's the hyper-competitive terminally online zoomer era and schizo is trendy because of memes
and now everyone thinks that being different even in the slightest from the most basic of basic normies makes them schizo
