I know some rich people have huge ass properties and sometimes a lot of them. There's no way they're all perfectly surveiled all the time… So what if you managed to get into one of these and just squat. They're probably always more or less stocked, utilities paid for, and also you get some fun stealth playtime whenever the owners come over.

Or maybe one of those fallout shelters rich people supposedly have.

The squat friendly laws only work against the people who are not in the big club you ain't part of. If you ever broke into the mansion of somebody important, the cops would come one minute later, beat you almost to death, throw you in a cell and harass you to get a confession and then the judge send you behind bars for years.

Also imagine exploring the sewers or building a base there or something.

Apparently the sewers are full of dangerous fumes and some people have actually suffocated attempting this.

But imagine then traversing them with an oxygen tank or something like you're an astronaut.

I think that'd be pretty epic, citypunk even. Maybe you'll find some dropped phones or trinkets or whatever too. Also the rent there is free (for now)

I think that luck is based on your moral standing. The better person you are, the more favorable things occur to you but you won't know when its working. If you try to influence luck, it will most likely be worse than what it naturally was going to be. Idk maybe i'm just optimistic and got lucky, but i noticed more opportunities open up when im not grumpy and genuinely want best for people

Proximity and ease of access to the amenities, shops, etc. I am not an expert but I assume you can reach any point of the city through the sewer system. A train tunnel is probably worse in that regard. Still, an interesting alternative.
