If you really cared that much you'd establish some kind of "underground railroad" in Afghanistan to get the women out in secret but I'd imagine many wouldn't leave. Some of these women are more radicalized than the men after having their families killed by the west

Oh please do you even speak the local dialect? How will you communicate with these women? Who will fund the construction of the tunnels? Do you think the taliban are the only armed force you have to worry about in that region? What exactly is the plan when you get these women out? There'd have to be some sort of integration program in place to get these women jobs and who will take care of their children while they're working? These women likely have no skills other than childrearing and cooking which limits the jobs they can take. They likely also hold some radical views you'd have to drill out of them somehow. The whole situation would be a total shitshow and cost a ton of money just so you could feel good about playing superhero.
