But to address your point: Sperm going to waste is natural and happens if they masterbate or not.
After about 2 months sperm in the balls die and are reabsorbed by the body. Younger sperm is of higher quality and its recommended for men to release every 1-3 days to maintain sperm quality and fertility. Older sperm, like older eggs are lower quality.
