So I have had a crush on a guy in my friend group for about a year now but haven’t acted on it because he has had a gf the whole time and I feel like an asshole. Things got really rocky with them for awhile and I started to hangout with him more. It got better but everyone can still tell he’s not happy. Him and I are(were?) really close friends and sometimes I felt like maybe he felt the same way about me as I did him. So finally I got drunk as fuck yesterday and told him that I’ve had a crush on him for a hot second and it’s really stupid but I had to get it out of my system. He said “I don’t think it’s stupid” and then I said “you don’t think it’s stupid?”… and then my friend walks in and the conversation ends. I apologized later after he left and he said that we should talk about it in person and he’s glad I told him. I have no fucking clue what this means I’m assuming it means I need to not but it’s winter break and now I can’t know until January. I feel like I’m gonna explode. Hopefully I’ll forget about it but I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

Oh sorry haha it means that we are back in our hometowns away from uni. He lives pretty far from me and there’s no way we could meet up. He wants to talk in person but honestly I could fuck with a FaceTime at some point. Is that too pushy to ask? I should probably let him do this on his own time.
