How do we save female socialization? Anonymous 124400

I'm tired of making female friends only to end up being ignored or excluded because I don't share their political opinions. Female friend circles seem to be built on fear, and I'm done with it. I made a decision not to pretend anymore—but now, I don't have any female friends left, just because I don't believe that anyone who identifies as a woman is necessarily a woman.

how often could trannies possibly come up in conversation

Anonymous 124402

None of those people could have possibly be your friend. They don't have any. The people who hang with them will be downgraded to acquaintance, it's just a matter of time. For this kind of people, only the purity spiral exist, not social life, not love, not hobbies, only their moral and emotional values.

Be glad that you haven't invested more time in them for all that time could only have been wasted.

Perhaps you should look at social relationships in more open minded circles. Where have you been to not meet a single person who would agree to talk to you even if you think that we are born women?

There is 100 issues and if you have a 10% disagreement one one of them, that's it, you crossed the line.
Trannies are just one of the issue.

Yes. I had a disagreement with a female friend about what it means to be a lesbian. She told me that anyone who identifies as a lesbian is one. I responded that women who enjoy having sex with men can't really be lesbians, and she got upset and stopped talking to me. I hate to admit it, but my boyfriend has lots of friends, and none of them care about the things he says — they just move on. I don’t get why women get so upset over small disagreements. I wish there were a way to fix this. In female circles you can't talk about politics, you can't talk about your favorite celebrities (if you mention JK Rowling or someone "problematic", they will stop talking to you), you can't talk about your hobbies (if you like manga/animes then you're a pick me girl) ugh it's tiring, you have to be careful with everything you say, I just wish we could be honest with each other without being afraid.

I'm a potterhead, I wanted to talk about Harry Potter and they got offended because JK Rowling is a monster now and Harry Potter is forbidden ig

Anonymous 124434

>>124422
To be honest nona I'd distance myself from anyone who willingly calls herself a potterhead too. It's children's fiction and mediocre at that. If you're an adult and still obsessing over HP then I don't really know what to tell you. You're not gonna grow up so stay away from me ig?

Anonymous 124439

>>124434
yeah, theres no salvation

>grow up
The same could be said about any intrest tbh. At least she reads, better than being an anime sperg

People that are this retarded about trannies aren't worth your company. What a retarded fucking hill to die on

Part of reading is experiencing new things. If she's reading Harry Potter for 149^392th time then she's not reading. She's removing herself from reality. Pick up a different book at least. If JKR is the only female fiction author she knows then she could try KA Applegate, Usurla LeGuin, Anne McCaffrey, Mercedes Lackey, Suzanne Collins, Cassandra Clare, Susan Cooper,Juliet Marillier, Madeleine L'Engle, Diana Wynne Jones, and so many more. and yes a lot of those are YA so they're easy to read without being a slog. There's just so much more the world has to offer than harry potter and to be a potterhead out of your 20s is just so boorish.

Anonymous 124495

>>124491
I cant believe I am actually fully agreeing with this…

Anonymous 124508

I used to like potter a lot too. I remember years and years ago the old official site had a personality quiz that sorted you into a house and gave you a wand. I was Gryffindor, 15" dogwood wand. Dont remember what the core was.

>>124434
yeah we all know that after a certain age you're not allowed to enjoy anything anymore, you have to paint your walls grey and also dress exclusively in grey clothes, anything else is for children and lame

Anonymous 124545

>>124544
It makes me glad that you're intentionally misinterpreting my words. It really does make you look like a petulant mentality challenged child. Your mother raised you well in all the ways that don't matter and will never matter. My heart is warmed knowing that you aren't happy and will never be happy, and that you will clutch your pearls to your deathbed.

Anonymous 124546

>>124545
holy shit, are you alright? what's with all this sudden projection? i'm starting to think your own mother didn't let you enjoy anything in your childhood so now you can't help being so bitter, cause wow

Anonymous 124547

>>124546
not sure what kind of other response you were wanting when you intentionally misrepresent what I said :/

Anonymous 124549

>>124547
>judging someone for having something that makes them happy
>get told it's alright to like things
>"my heart is warmed knowing you aren't happy and will never be happy"
idk man, that REALLY reeks of projection, but it's ok, i hope you find happiness yourself one day <3

Anonymous 124550

>>124549
I won't, but thanks.

Anonymous 124557

>>124491
Just because I'm a potterhead it doesn't mean harry Potter is the only thing I read? Ugh wtf why r u so bitter

Anonymous 124560

>>124557
It's evident that I was completely off the mark. You're not reading Harry Potter over and over again to escape. Seeing that you just ended a statement with a question mark makes me think that you simply don't understand it. That it's beyond you. Perhaps you should try "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish".

Anonymous 124564

I don't know whAt any of that has to do with female socialization. Political groups have had their fallings out for ages. During this time period I think people are quick to judge you has straight on MAGA if you don't care about trans issues or hate hearing about it for example

Anonymous 124565

>>124564
This is me I fucking hate hearing about it, just the way they constantly impose on women's spaces. Dude if your a woman pretend to be a woman online about it and stop blasting it to people that you're trans it just seems to be bordering on hostile

Anonymous 124568

>Part of reading is experiencing new things
I actually read HP for the first time last year at 29 and am just now getting into it (I never gave a shit about the movies), it was way better than I expected so I'm glad I experienced this new (to me) thing

Anonymous 124621

>>124491

>therefore, that's the only think she must like
You sound like a bitter troon, calm down

It had been a really long week and there's a lot on my mind. I don't want to talk too much about ir but suffice it to say I talked with the people who I was having problems with and I'm more at peace now.

To all those whom I insulted and was shitty to: I'm sorry. I shouldn't take it out on you all. Harry Potter is fine and there's nothing wrong with liking it.

Anonymous 124639

>>124544
I don't think it's so much about the enjoyment of things, but rather the fact of building one's identity around it

>>124546
Shut the fuck up

Anonymous 124640

Tbf Rowling is just as obsessed in the opposite direction. I don't get why they take up so much of people's mental energy. OP and her "friends" sound like they deserve each other.

Anonymous 124682

>>124659
I think the reason she talks about it so much is because other people refuse to drop it, she's basically know as "the terf author"

Anonymous 124756
