I was in a similiar situation, and managed to find a good place for me in life, please don't lose hope.

Don't relate to people, go out do your thing, even practicing a sport or the gym helps you tremendously when it comes to self esteem, and doing it seriously, not just go there to chill.
Just do things at your own pace and things will naturally feel better

I second the gym idea if you have access to one. It will get you out and around people but you won't have to interact with them very much. Plus the physical activity will make you feel good. And it will give you a hobby you can talk about when you do eventually start talking with people.

I feel bad writing all this but there are some things that you are supposed to do at a specific age. My parents never bothered to teach me how to use a cycle when I was a kid. I just started to learn how to drive a bike and I am not able to naturally learn any of it.

It's true. You're not going to recover all the lost years. You are basically a 16 year old girl stuck in a 27 year old body at this point, except the 16 year old girl has an atrophied brain and less energy. It's going to take years to come out of it, but it's possible. You may have to nerf everything about your life. If normies can work for 25 minutes without losing focus, you can consider 15 minutes as an accomplishment for now, and then slowly, gently, build it all up. Basically, your executive functions are fucked up.

Next, figure out what you want your priorities to be. Do you want a relationship; what kind of relationship? Do you want to build a family with the person you're in a relationship with? What kind of job/career do you want? What sort of lifestyle do you want to cultivate for yourself?

Hi nona, I'm in a similar situation, but at least I have a boyfriend (for now). Do you think you can find a job, even if it's a bad one? Having your own money, even if it's a little, helps a little in the beginning.

Don't disappear nonita. You'll definitely have to finish school. I don't know what country you live in, but in most places, without a high school diploma, you can't do much of anything, not even get a minimum-wage job. Is there an adult education program in your country? You'll have to look for it.

obviously I'm going to finish school. Im doing all AP's and honors and plan to go to a prestigious university. My family lineage is full of doctors and lawyers. I just spend my free time on imageboards. And yes, I plan to do premed.
