You need to target the chest, back and arms muscle so basically the entire torso. This will help with the pain as your breasts ( the fat part ) is attatched to a muscle wall that is attatched to your back muscles.

Back pain is a wholly modern phenomenon and is completely preventable in 99% of cases.
Frankly there are women with bigger boobs than you who do not have any back pain at all. Just stop and think for a minute about why that is: clearly there must be an influencing factor OTHER THAN the breasts that results in back pain.
Did you know men get chronic back pain at around the same rate as women? Starting at around the same ages too? This is despite moids notoriously having no breasts. It's almost like an era of sedentary slobs staring at screens all day is not conducive to proper posture, regardless of sex.
Most women don't even have large breasts anyway, yet EVERYONE gets back pain. BOTH SEXES. So why are we expected to believe big boobs are the problem? It's because quacks can't sell breast reductions to men, that's why.
Thus when men get back pain, they are recommended an actual training regimen to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, when women get back pain, they are instead recommended a fucking Hindu superstition affectionately known as "yoga". Unsurprisingly, yoga doesn't do a fucking thing for back pain, but at least it makes 40 year old white soccer moms feel spiritual. And when yoga unsurprisingly fails to resolve back issues, women are told their only remaining option is to sacrifice part of their femininity to some quack.
So what happens if you get a breast reduction? Breast reductions don't magically make your lifestyle healthier; your back pain will just come back after a few years because the underlying cause is still there, worsening by the year. All it does is delay the pain, only this time without any boobs to speak of.
Women are told by quacks that just being a woman is a fucking problem. That's bullshit when our ancestors who were stronger than us didn't experience this same shit. We're nudged towards mutilating ourselves, masked as "empowerment", because it's more profitable than embracing healthy living.
If you are having back pains, don't rush to yoga and don't rush to a reduction. ACTUALLY STRENGTHEN THE MUSCLES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BACK PAIN. All of these are "deep muscles" too, which means STRENGTHENING THEM DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR SILHOUETTE. THIS WILL ACCOMMODATE ALL BODY TYPES.
Firstly, STOP WEARING BRAS. Yes, NEVER wear bras. Most women (at least 80%) have no fucking idea how to choose the correct bra, and don't pretend you're part of the 20%. Wearing an ill-fitting bra will strain some muscles way too much while relaxing others way too much. It's a lose-lose because the former aren't allowed to rejuvenate, and the body will intentionally weaken the latter. Plus, just wearing a bra shifts your center of gravity, which encourages slouching (obviously no good) and inherently fucks with the alignment of your spine and shoulders. Just taking off your bra will reengage a lot of muscles that have been neglected.
Secondly, ACTUAL EXERCISES. Not some fucking yoga. This is forbidden knowledge usually only given to moids, so pay close attention. As I previously said, the muscles groups relevant to back pain are invisible. If you are not doing a Schwarzenegger program full of steroid abuse, then training these muscle groups will never make you look muscular:
>Spinal erectors
Train with Romanian deadlifts, good mornings, and back extensions
>Trapezius
Train with face pulls, prone Y-raises, incline rows, dead hangs
>Rhomboids
Train with seated cable rows (elbows already tucked back) and scapular retractions
>Abs (keep in mind that at very low body fat percentages, highly-trained abs are visible)
Train with hanging leg raises, situps, and planks (actual planks, not TikTok planks)
>Pectorals
Train with pec deck flyes and cable crossovers
>Gluteus Medius & Gluteus Minimus
Not to be confused with gluteus maximus. Train with lateral leg raises, fire hydrants, lateral band walks, clamshells, and single-leg deadlifts. Don't discount these muscles just because they're below the back, because stabilizing the pelvis is important.
Dumbbells are cheap on Amazon, so most of these exercises don't even depend on a gym membership.
THE YOGA INDUSTRY IS INDIRECT ADVERTISING FOR BREAST REDUCTIONS. YOGA AND BREAST REDUCTIONS ARE BOTH SCAMS. THE BACK PAIN IS YOUR BODY TELLING YOU YOUR NORMAL MUSCULAR DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN NEGLECTED. DON'T AMPUTATE YOURSELF ON IMPULSE.

Once you have restored basic muscular competence, it's done: your only responsibility will be to maintain good posture. If your posture is good then just existing will be sufficient exercise to be able to stand up straight. And good posture should be second nature after ditching bras anyhow.
