Eyelashes Anonymous 21576

What's the best way to compensate for the fact I compulsively plucked out all my eyelashes (I only have small lashes remaining)? I literally cannot stop plucking them and I'd like to leave the house, honestly

Okay now for the moment just rock the no eyelash look or if u do have fake lashes glue some on.

But for the long run try looking for alternatives for whenever you feel like plucking them again. By that I don't mean plucking your hair or anything of the sorts. Just tear paper apart into small bits. Can be tissue or normal paper, anything that you can tear. It certainly helped me, you will just get tired of it and stop altogether at some point and you would have already forgotten about the plucking. Stress balls/squishys didn't help me, but you should try those first if you haven't. Wearing fakies also helped me, both with not plucking and also looks wise, but many find them uncomfortable so I'm not sure if that's the case with you too nona.

Try compulsively plucking your armpit hair or pubic hair instead

It seems like you either have or are developing Trichotillomania. Is this the first time you have done this? To not repeat in future find ways to deal with stress instead of taking out on your body. There are online resources available. Its just eyelashes nobody will even notice so just go outisde and have fun also never pull your eyelashes , eyebrows or any hair again or the hair will grow finer and patchy over time.

Continuing this:
Buy a broom or something you can pull strands out of instead. I like to buy mats made by hand weaving and slowly pick individual strands out. You can do this with clothes too.

Something that involves de assembling things too can help. I like taking apart a Rubik's cube personally.

Thanks for the support, it means a lot

My eyelash problem is mainly caused by demodex induced itching, and my obsession about trying to get rid of my demodex. I haven't fully plucked an eyelash for a couple days, but I'm constantly trying to scratch my eyelids and one or two lashes have came loose from the scratching. I have tea tree oil but I'm not applying it enough
