No breakfast. Lunch was good. Binged during Evening. Dinner was okay but the regret is clouding my mind. I don't know if I can actually not control myself or I'm just lazy and do not actually care as much.

>>21587not op but was meant to fast today and ended up eating a full meal and cookie sigh

Apart from the banana chips everything else was good. Drank coffee twice though …pulling a half all nighter so its okay I guess. Need to get my fibre up.

Had an organic berry juice thing it was expensive but weekly its okay. Skipped breakfast whatever. Lunch was good. Evening was kinda bad cuz of overly sweet coffee. Dinner was oats in water + a little sugar ( so good ) and yogurt.

Nona, are you okay? What's your weight/height? Why are you dieting?
Anonymous 21624
>>21620I'm okay lol ty for asking haha. I have made this thread to avoid binging. There is a dieting thread. I'm 153cm and 55kgs and dont exercise a lot these days due to stuff so I need to keep myself in check haha …is thread concerning?

Dont drink two cups of coffee it will suddenly jump start your period flow into full gear causing you cramps for 10 hours straight. Anyways had something sweet twice but I'm forgiving myself today. Dinner was mixed lentil soup + cooked spinach + lamb meat and yogurt.
Anonymous 21636
>>21624That makes sense. Dieting is so much harder when one can texercise.
Anonymous 21639
>>21636I know right. But once that lifestyle change is made it stays with you for a long time.
Anonymous 21650
Even though I didn't eat very much yesterday I didn't binge today. Feeling impressed with myself.

Today was good. Just drank a lot of coffee instead of thinking about food. I'm trying to find a balance.
Anonymous 21660
>>21653I found when I was dieting really hard that coffee with a splash of milk held me over for a long time.

Is it still binging if you don't go over your calorie limit? Lately I've had no self control and I eat about 70% of my calories in tge morning/afternoon. But I make up for it by eating less for dinner… Which leaves me hungry in the morning again. tomorrow I will NOT binge in the afternoon.
Anonymous 21715
>>21714My therapist refers to that as a pseudo-binge. Basically, it's not enough food/volume/calories to typically be considered a binge for most people but there is still the feeling of loss of control and uncomfortableness from eating past being full. Try to eat a normal full meal in the evening even if you feel like you overate in the morning to break the cycle!
Anonymous 21720
>>21715Thanks, it's helpful to have a term to use. I did eat more last night and ended up skipping breakfast and having a normal lunch today.

Protein goal 50% met. Willingly ate everything I wanted and not out of stress. Water goal met.
~ not related but started oil pulling again.

>>21714For me its less about calories and more about eating and not regretting. Like I'm not scared of going 200kcal above but it should not be a result of stress eating.

Binge ate a family pack of cheese crackers… Didn't even work out yesterday ughhhh.. :(
Anonymous 21740
Did a pseudo binge in the afternoon. I think it's stress-related but also I'm just physically and mentally tired. Coffee only helps so much.

I went to all you can eat sushi restaurant for and binged so hard. It was an impulse decision too and I had a proper big lunch and breakfast that day. Normally I’d starve myself and then binge at an all you can eat restaurant but I didn’t this time and felt soooo full and bloated after. I had to eat a lemon ginger anti nausea medication and a giant pot of lemon ginger tea to feel like I am digesting. Then I guzzled some Metamucil because otherwise I’d be constipated.
Kinda mad at the restaurant because I thought I ordered at max 3 deep fried things but they gave me 4 tempura even though I ordered 2 and a veggie roll turned out to be deep fried as well. Slept like a rock because of the insulin spike. I counted the calories and I ate a whopping 2700 calories yesterday! Trying to skip breakfast and lunch today to go into a calorie deficit.
I feel extra guilty too because previously I was eating super clean aside from a chocolate here or there (1-2 squares per week)
Any advice on how to atone for my binging sin?
Anonymous 21755
>>21754Eat as normal but spend 30 minutes walking every day for a week.
Anonymous 21759
>>21754Don't punish yourself because you binged. You probably went with friends or family, yeah? It was fun? In the long run 1k-2k extra for one day isn't a big deal.
Anonymous 21761
>>21755Yeah I’ve been walking 1h everyday and eating normally. Feel much better now. Actually weighted myself the other day and lost 3 lbs miraculously.
>>21759It was for a birthday and it was fun until I felt sick to my stomach. Didn’t even order green tea ice cream!
Anonymous 21768
Bought my lunch ahead of time and promptly ate it right after breakfast.
