No breakfast. Lunch was good. Binged during Evening. Dinner was okay but the regret is clouding my mind. I don't know if I can actually not control myself or I'm just lazy and do not actually care as much.

Apart from the banana chips everything else was good. Drank coffee twice though …pulling a half all nighter so its okay I guess. Need to get my fibre up.

Had an organic berry juice thing it was expensive but weekly its okay. Skipped breakfast whatever. Lunch was good. Evening was kinda bad cuz of overly sweet coffee. Dinner was oats in water + a little sugar ( so good ) and yogurt.

I'm okay lol ty for asking haha. I have made this thread to avoid binging. There is a dieting thread. I'm 153cm and 55kgs and dont exercise a lot these days due to stuff so I need to keep myself in check haha …is thread concerning?

Dont drink two cups of coffee it will suddenly jump start your period flow into full gear causing you cramps for 10 hours straight. Anyways had something sweet twice but I'm forgiving myself today. Dinner was mixed lentil soup + cooked spinach + lamb meat and yogurt.

Slept through breakfast. Lunch was balanced. Juice no sugar in the evening. Idk if I want oats for dinner or a proper meal.
