Yes, and it works as long as you apply it regularly. My eyebrows have never felt better. Word of advice: do not buy the overpriced beauty shop stuff. Go to a drug store and buy the cheap castor oil sold as a laxative (assuming this exists in your country). Same thing.

yes, i used to apply it every night before going to bed it works really well, i used it on my brows too since mine was thin and i wanted to have fuller brows

Yes. I bought castor oil “specifically” for lashes (it just comes in a mascara tube but makes application way less messy) and it helped massively with the brittleness my Revitalash serum caused. Revitalash makes my lashes grow pretty crazy long (they touch my glasses lenses now), but the castor oil is what keeps them from being brittle.
