I think most women are beautiful but I do particularly notice girls that look healthy (hair, skin, nails, weight, etc) and carry themselves well. I find it weird when girls wear low cut tops and stuff though cause that makes me think they're stupid and annoying.

I love women that move in a very sensual way. Like hips swaying and all that. There is a specific way to it and not everybody can pull it of without practise. Also love hand movements.
