My butt crack is dark and it haunts me. I don’t even want to have sex, I’m just tired of walking around knowing my butt crack skin is dark. It’s like an evil secret I want nothing to do with. I am otherwise very fair. Does anyone know how to treat this? Creams and topicals seem like a load of garbage and do almost nothing. I exfoliate my skin but that’s not going to help with pigmentation. I would assume some form of laser would work, but what kind (pico, maybe?) and what kinds of clinics would offer it for this area of the body?

Do you have other darker skin folds on your body? Like your neck or armpits? You may have a condition like diabetes or POS and need medical help. I hope that's not the case.

Partial agree here, if OP has a pale complexion, the thicker skin looks much starker than it actually is. Still, since body image is all perception and mindset, get it bleached if that'll help you not think about it anymore, nona

if this is about not appealing to the moid gaze, then let me tell you right now, some of them LOVE it.

if this is about a personal insecurity, then let me say that darkness on the butt, crotch, or armpits is normal for both sexes, and being ashamed of it is another part of racial light skin dynamics that dominate beauty culture. You are fine and normal, and spending tons of money on weird creams and topicals will not fix the problem and could even cause it to get worse if you create rough spots or cause hyperpigmentation from the inflammation.
