Teeth whitening Anonymous 22715

Has anyone here tried to whiten their teeth? I don't smoke, but I drink a lot of tea and coffee and it's showing. But my teeth and gums are already sensitive so I'm worried to do more harm than good. Please post your experiences if you have any!
