Work outs for wide hips Anonymous 22716
I'm fat, and that doesn't matter to me, I just want to be more curvy. I've lost weight before, so it's not like it's hard for me so if it's necessary I'll do it. What are some workouts I could do at home for wider hips? Are there specific dancing lessons I could take? I get bored doing normal workouts so maybe if it was turned into something fun I could really commit to it

Cycling machine on a higher setting. You lose weight and get leg and ass gains. I had to switch to it because of some issues but my thighs are fucking huge now. Also leg press of course for the ass mostly.

I'm 200 lbs but by working out consistently I get some muscle under the fat. Keep the cardio to a minimum but don't skip it entirely. Massive thighs and calves and butt this way.
But ideally you should just be not over 40-50 lbs over your ideal weight otherwise you get too much of a belly spilling out if you don't do enough cardio to burn the fat and don't check what you eat.
