Fruits are great, I started growing berries 2 years ago and they're just the right kind of sweet. When I'm baking, I also like to add extra fruit like bananas and apples instead of going overboard with sugar and chocolate.
I have a fruit calendar that I check regularly but I'll eat apples all year round and cut them up every evening so they're easier to eat in the morning (I have very little energy in the morning). I drink teas with stevia, but also fruit tea infusions which are naturally also pretty sweet. I do try to not drink too much fruit juice…
I've come to appreciate the sweetness of veggies like carrots, peas and corn a lot more since I started cutting processed sugar out of my diet.
