Healthy sweets alternatives Anonymous 22768

Does anyone else try to cut sugar in their diet but still wants something sweet?
I recently started using stevia instead of sugar and while it's pricey, it seems to do the job.
Peanut butter and sugarless jams are also great on bread tbh.
Obviously fruit is also good as a snack too.

I blend a cup of strawberries and add soaked chia seeds and stevia. It's a healthy smoothie or slushie and keeps me full for quite some time (the more chia, the longer)

I've gotten into the practise of being extremely picky about candy, so unless I'm 100% sure a candy will taste excellent, I just won't bother with it, it's just not worth subjecting my sensitive teeth to. I still eat candy on occasion, but rarely.
Fruits are great, I started growing berries 2 years ago and they're just the right kind of sweet. When I'm baking, I also like to add extra fruit like bananas and apples instead of going overboard with sugar and chocolate.
I have a fruit calendar that I check regularly but I'll eat apples all year round and cut them up every evening so they're easier to eat in the morning (I have very little energy in the morning). I drink teas with stevia, but also fruit tea infusions which are naturally also pretty sweet. I do try to not drink too much fruit juice…
I've come to appreciate the sweetness of veggies like carrots, peas and corn a lot more since I started cutting processed sugar out of my diet.

yeah fruit juice is worse than whole fruit. it lacks fiber and without it, it's just mostly sugar.

even though the juice isn't that much unhealthy, it doesn't taste much better (IMO), so might as well eat the real thing.
