Here's my pika hoodie.
I am obsessed with periods because I get super painful periods and only wanted advice for handling them. In addition, during my first period my mom said to me "Tired of this BS, I wish you were actually a boy…" and she forced me to wear diapers the next 4 weeks.

this is the exact reason why I believe you need actually healthy people to overcome it, those who can show how to be functioning. CPTSD is in part adaptive behavior for traumatic environments and they're gonna keep pulling you back in the hole.
