>>323966We will see if you're right.
>>323967KEK I was happy to see the thread being active but that went away quickly when I realized it's all modern "adult" slop animation. Sadge. But tbf it's better they use the thread to post about the actual shows instead of the snow thread which should strictly be about cows. They obviously do that to get instant and more replies though. I was also planning on posting about Gen Rex after finishing it but specifically in the cute couples thread with Agent Six x Dr. Holiday scenes, and posting some funny moments parodying soap operas but I keep forgetting to do that and deleting the videos cluttering my gallery lol
>>323968Just pray I actually commit and don't chicken out LMAO
>>323974Tbh I actually hate powerscaling usually, which is why I feel ashamed I had a powerscaling idea lol. For me it's because it overshadows any other discussions in the fandoms I'm in, whether boy oriented media or girl oriented media, if they have super powers, they're bound to have powerscaling arguments with 0 objective truths but instead focusing on hypothetical potential to make their fave look better. It's worse now that cross-infighting between fandoms powerscaling their respective characters started to happen in the fandoms I'm in. I'm not a fan of competition between different but similar pieces of media and I hate comparisons. I especially hate x is better than y, whether I like x or y or both or neither, because there's no point in these arguments and it won't make a failing or unpopular piece of media magically succeed and become popular, and it won't make the piece of media they dislike disappear either. I just don't see the need to do that at all. Recently, Invincible has become the new hot standard to compare everything against and it made resent the show ngl. I won't argue with anyone for liking it regardless of my opinion on it, because idc someone likes it, I just wish they'd leave other media out of it.
On a more positive-ish note, the characters I was referring to were a scientist who also mastered magic, and a human alien hybrid who has control over alien artifacts. The scientist wizard can do literally anything including summoning demons to do his bidding, creating clones of himself as distractions, has strong protective fields of energy all around him, can fly, physically strong, and is extremely tall. He's far more experienced with his powers being a middle aged man who had his powers for 5-20 years depending on his age when he first got it. The other character only had the alien artifacts for around a year or two, had to learn how to use each individually and then combine their powers to enhance each other, and the artifacts have powers over the elements, creation itself and darkness. With teleportaion powers as well. He has super strength and martial arts under hiz belt due to his alien DNA, but I think his power is a bit more limited depending on what the artifacts can do, and maybe the scientist wizard can learn new magic or conjure stuff he already knows to combat the alien artifacts attacks. It could also be a battle of wits, but again, the scientist is older, more experienced and more strategic so he'd probably win this. And tbf, the human alien hybrid character needes help from 2 other weaker characters to outnumber and overpower and outsmart scientist wizard, do maybe he could win if he gets more experience or powers. I'm sad they never had another battle because alien boy sent scientist wizard to hell turning the latter's magic spell on him. I would've loved a proper fair battle with their full powers.
