I listen to erotic audiobooks while at work and in public. I don't go in for M/M or high school tier fae lover stuff, as I've found urban fantasy and sci-fi have way better stories that make me more invested in the characters, which makes the sex so much more arousing.

Yess, I used to listen to Drama CDs of yaoi visual novel games as a teen and then browsed forums like aarinfantasy and yaoiotaku to find more before discovering erotic audio for women; I used gonewildaudio for erotic audio in English and dlsite free samples for more erotic audio in Japanese. I was following dauriculaire's tumblr for translations when my Japanese wasn't as good and browsed soundcloud for free non-doujin CD's, I especially liked the Namidame series…
Nowadays, I don't listen to erotic audio as much and just use the tingles app or vance patched youtube to listen to regular ASMR stuff, but I also visit Japaneseasmr dot com for mostly sfw ASMR audio of women and otomekoe dot moe for hot male voice erotica… Especially that last one is my go-to for erotic audio stuff, although it somehow doesn't have the same effect on me as it used to. Maybe because I'm really obsessed with a specific character rn and writing erotica of him, his voice actor hasn't made any erotic audio stuff though (I checked), it's too bad… I'm not gonna feed his voice to an AI to pretend the character is talking to me, that'd be creepy and my obsession is bad enough as it is, I really need to stop…

I think that only visual porn with real people is unethical because they physically enact sex, you can see their faces and you don't know if they're being forced to do this or minors who are coerced into sex on screen or whatnot.
I haven't heard of anyone being forced to moan fake scenarios into a microphone. It's not like ASMRtists even need to take off their clothes or anything. Hentai is just drawings and erotica is just written text. As long as no one is putting that stuff somewhere it doesn't belong (hentai t-shirts or ads on youtube) it's fine. It should be something you have to seek out yourself though, especially if it's explicit or involves kinks. Not something that's randomly promoted on an unrelated platform (it's fine on related adult platforms though).
