It depends on where you are. Prostitution is legal here and brothels are very professionally run. I can hire a very attractive, well endowed, experienced guy for an hour and be sure he's healthy, clean and mentally stable. If your laws are different, you may be stuck with escorts, who can be hit or miss and possibly dangerous.
