Insensative vagina? Anonymous 7399

The only way I have been able to orgasm since I first started masturbating years and years ago has been by locking my legs and rapidly "flicking" my clit back and forth.
I used to be able to orgasm while laying on my back but now I can only do it while laying on my stomach.
I can get aroused by doing other things, grinding on a pillow or being more slow while laying on my back, but no matter how hard I try I can never orgasm and I just give up and lay on my stomach. Last night I tried for 20 minutes, and, nothing.
What is this, female death grip or something?
Also, when I finger myself, I feel practically nothing. I get its normal to not orgasm from penetration, but I literally feel nothing.
This wasn't a big deal before but now I am in a relationship and its incredibly frustrating because he can not make me cum, the only way I can is by laying on my stomach and rubbing myself, abnormally fast? I guess the best way to describe it is like a vibrating or flicking motion.
I look up "insensative vagina" and all I get are articles "mythbusting" the idea what most women can't orgasm from penetration…which I get is a good thing but my entire vagina is kind of insensative and I can only orgasm a very specific way and I REALLY want to know any tips to solve it but all I get is the same old shit. Like I get it by now. Its so frustrating.
Is there a way to remedy this or am I doomed?
Please only helpful comments and no "m-moid" or "ITS IMPOSSIBLE REEEE".

You sure you are not doing it excessively? Please be kind to your genitals. You shouldn't be so rough on your thing. Also check for injury + see a doctor+ can be a hormonal imbalance, do you have a history of drug usage? That may be a factor too.
