If I might add my own take on it, though it is an incomplete and far from the answer:
I think men and women are quite similar, however men can more easily reach orgasm.
Both men and women need to me mentally engaged in the act to enjoy sex, however to be mentally engaged women need more than just visual stimulus.
Women need a story or a dynamic that leads to a progression of acts that lead up to climax.
When it comes to degeneracy I think that childhood experiences shape it the most.
Women who are into pissplay probbaly had problems with bedwetting and are trying to conquer that trama.
Shame may be an important factor.
When it comes to male degeneracy, anything involving their own butt is strictly tabbo, therefore more inticing.
I have a hard time believing the "bloatfly girl" (don't look it up), but if I remember correctly I think she mentions having been sexually abused (ofc).
She explicitly states that she wants to feel like trash/filth/garbage. It's a form of self harm which is usually the result of abuse.
I haven't found any real explination for why men have a different degeneracy. A lot of women will say they were introduced to it by their boyfriend/ex, but is that just deflection?
Why would they continue with it.
We can blame porn for teaching most people degenerate things, but even without it people get creative.
The easist explinations for deviations, is that women can be more descrete about their sexual capers.
Women can descretely masterbate in public if they wish where it would be more difficult for a man to.
Even so it seems men are willing to take more risk. So maybe we need a xyz grid of risk willingness, self harm, and sex knowlege.
