Yeah i deal with this too, unfortunately there isn't too much you can do about them. They tend to cycle out every 2 or 3 months. Going to a doctor will just have them prescribe you some bc that will give you more negative side effects than positive ones so i wouldn't waste the money unless it feels too bad to ignore.
There are some home remedies that can help such as castor oil and heat. I also drink natural tumeric tea to reduce inflamattion, neither are going to solve the problem but it helps.
I think the only way to reduce them cropping up is to change your diet and drink less alcohol. I would personally avoid doing any super strenous activity when one has been bothering you cause a rupture is NOT fun. Sorry you are dealing with this nona

Been a NEET for 10 years. Now I'm enrolled in uni so technically not a NEET anymore, but still no job at 34. Femcel too I suppose since I've never had a relationship or any type of romantic or sexual experience ever. Online communities for us are rare to non-existent. I guess since social media and smartphones took over, there are hardly any other types of online communities. I can't even find a proper music forum or website… Unless I'm not looking properly.
But yeah, it would be nice if there was a place to vent, share experiences, give each other tips to get out and do something with our lives.

I ha(d)ve the burden of having to be around one such grown manchild. Their shyness reeks of entitlement. They won't say anything or express their needs directly and hide behind their shyness, and being around them is walking in a landmine. If you don't behave the way they expect you to behave, then they'll get cold, and start playing victim all over the place and blame you for hurting their feelings. They don't get the fact that the initial phases of love is going to be exciting when you get to know each other and when everything is done and dusted the excitement wanes off because there's nothing new anymore, and they expect you to be clingy throughout the interactions. They eat this kind of sappy ass anime shit up and expect others to be that way too. It is exhausting. Their shyness is just entitlement. They want you to love them for simply existing. The "effort" that they put in is also in the background, for example, this guy makes costumes, and not directly in the interaction and they expect you to put them on a pedestal and worship them. God, I fucking hate this anime so much.

I work from home full time. I have to be "on call" so it's torturous, but when it's a slow day it's chill. But painful because I'm still dealing with obligations. Here's how I spend my days typically right now:

>brush teeth and hair

>maybe do makeup if i'm feeling ugly

I also work from home and I don't want to spend my time watching videos so I try to make myself "do" something even when I'm stuck at my desk.

Outside of that, pretty much the same. I moved to a small town where it's really difficult to make new friends, so I go cycling alone a lot, the landscape is nice and I bring little picnics. Museums are also nice for variety and as a solo activity.
