Advice for working into warmer colors
I’ve been mixing and matching deep navys and blacks for a while, but I had very little accessories or anything to go with them. I asked a more savvy friend, and she told me my complexion is autumn, and that I should try to blend in some tans/lighter colors. I really have no clue, do any nonas here dress that way? I’m hoping I could open up my midriff too. I’m a good bit taller than avg so I prefer long coats, is that possible with mixing textures? I hate the shawl crunchy mom look. Please advise.

pic related is from my trip to Japan, used a Nikon d3400, a kit lens and a tripod for that long exposure.
If I could go back and retake it I would do some things differently, especially readjust the tripod so that the stairs look straight (even though they're this crooked IRL)
